About the Image...

After waiting for this male lion to wake up for over 40 minutes, he finally arose from his slumber and began looking around. After the crowed had calmed down and stopped with their attempts to get his attention, I called out to this Lion by using his name which is when he looked directly at me for about 3 seconds which is all the time I had to capture this image.
